Image Quality

Im new to the windows phone family. I finally made the switch from android.
Anyway, I want know if anyone else has noticed that the image quality (images displayed on our 1520 screens) seem to be of a lesser quality.
Example, if you search bing for any photo , that photo compared on another device running a different OS (android), with the same size and screen resolution or pixel density; the photo looks of a lesser quality than on the windows phone. I thought 1080p was/is 1080p?
Does anyone else see this or is it just me?

I see this across the board. Meaning not just images in IE, images throughout the WP OS.
I will post up some screenshots.

I dont see this issue, lets see some screenshots, may be a bad device.

I have eight more posts to go before I can post any pics. I'll have some up before the days over with.

Sadly this is true, most likely it's done to fasten up the device overall, but of course such a limitation should be no more on high-end devices...

I thought so myself.
Coming from a 5.5" qhd display, this is very noticable.
Don't get me wrong, I'm not complaining.
