Since Windows 10 for Phones will be almost sharing the exact code for Windows 10, just without the desktop, imagine if we could get custom themes for our Start Screen, so we can change what the default icons and tiles look like!

It could be based around the custom themes you could get in Windows currently, where the icons could change and all that.

Would be a nice touch to have
