Implementing leader board for games

I would like to know are their any ready made leaderboard solutions available for windows phone where we can display PLAYER names with its score and ranking . Like in ios we have GAME CENTER. that shows player scores and their rankings

Or we have build custom solution for it

You should check Playtomic Playtomic: open source leaderboards, achievements, user created content and dynamic content for games

It's free and open source and has apis for every platform, but you need your own server though.
