Import Outlook PST to Office 365 Account

From a past few days I am looking for a method to move Outlook PST to Office 365 account but no any permanent solution I have come across. Drive shipping is not my way. Is there some other technique

Yes,

I used this method and while a bit fiddly, it works. Imported 20 PST files of previous years data.​
