Impressed by the Insider Feedback Program

I'm really impressed with the Insider Feedback program. They seem to be actually paying attention. I've seen things happen that I've submitted. Though I'll never know if that was the case or not. It could be the build was already in the cycle by the time they get the feedback.

I don't think I've ever seen this level of open interactivity between developers and the user community before. Compare this to google which is devoid of personality and interaction with customers.
