improve background task

Ms should provide some app run even in background.....such as . Voice recorder app ..flashlight app......and call recording function should be there in WP.... Most of messaging app are poor in keeping chat history...MS should work for these issue...and documents & songs should also be shared via messaging....multiple songs select and send should be there same as for photos.
IE should run in background....i mean for downloading purpose.

with windows phone 8.1 developers can opt for background task such as when a user hit the back key , they app will exit itself (instead it will be in suspend mode)

Chat history certainly isn't something Microsoft could do a thing about. This is up to those who develop the according chat app. Documents and songs can be shared using a file explorer (WP 8.1 only though). Call recording is something you'll most likely never see in WP. Not because Microsoft couldn't do it, but because it's a legal issue in many countries. You're simply not allowed to record a call without permission.

yeah...windows phone are improving but very slowly....also still there is no flashlight or sound recording apps which can run in background...also after some update...files has also stopped working under lock screen...i mean songs stops playing from files if phone screen locks....MS should provide this facility...also office hub is waste...it dont support older format of MS office...and some apps (WPS office) in android do it very well ...it also support creating power point in phone...and much more advanced than our office hub...i think now i have to switch to android...coz Microsoft is never going to provide these features...also there must be a folder in phone & SD card that can save all files which are not supported in windows phone which we receive via bluetooth or any other sharing option....because if i receive multiple pdf via bluetooth...i am able to open only the last one...all other are gone to temporary files.
