In build 10572 where is Cortana?

Hello All.

Installed the latest build on my 640Xl, but where is Cortana? I don't see it listed in my apps. Did I do something wrong?

Could be related to the fact that people can't download the voice packs. I haven't been able to do it with 10549 and now with 10572 it's the same.

So strangely I do have Cortana installed, but I don't have the dictionary for the keyboard nor the voice language pack. I'm running Spanish.

Does anyone have an idea on how to fix the downloading of voice and languages? It just fails.

Thanks for replying. I didn't change anything but Cortana now appears again.
