inspite of typing correct pin my microsoft lumia 535 not opening

on 19.4.15 i've purchased microsoft lumia 535. shop keeper has created my outlook id using my gmail id. I forgot to take the password. I was postponing to reset my password. Hence, could not configure my phone. yesterday evening I've created a pin for the phone. Today morning when I tried to open my phone after typing the pin the phone is neither opening nor I'm able to locate an enter icon to enter after typing my pin no. Now my phone is locked. I'm unable to open my phone. Request you to support me in unlocking my phone.

PS. In my office I dont have access to my outlook account.

I would set up a Microsoft account on a computer.
Hard reset your Lumia device, and login with the new Microsoft account.
