Increase volume level for Surface Pro 6

Hi....Whilst flying and watching downloaded movies on tablet running Windows 10 , the volume isnt loud enough and I end up stopping the video.

I am only using Sony on ear headphones without noise cancelling

Im thinking of getting a good pair of headphone with ANC . Has anyone had this issue and is there another method of increasing maximum volume without spending big bucks on good headphones?

I suggest what i have used, tried and tested to enhance sound & quality is "FX Sound Enhancer" Go for it.
