I'm changing the user account I use on my L920 which needs a hard reset. The thing is taking an age! I set it going an hour ago and I'm still on the screen with two turning cogs.

It's bricked. Known issue. You'll have to go get a replacement or flash it back to stock using the sticky at the top of the forum.

Not necessarily. Last time I did a reset it took a few hours. It depends on how much of the phones space was filled, and what it has to delete first before doing the refresh.

Is there a problem if my W8 phone is taking a long time (more than an hour now) to reset? Looks like there are two opinions on this... Thanks!

what is a sticky you guys are talking about? Need to reset my phone asap and all i see is 2 gears turning
