Independent Email Tiles

How do I separate the different email accts into separate tiles? I do show 4 different tiles for each of my email accts, but they all open to the same one. Then I have to toggle between accts after opening it to see my email....please help?

Hopefully they will allow the tiles like in 8.1, like you I want this.

tap and hold on the inbox of the respective mail account. there should appear an option to pin the separate inboxees to the start screen. if you click on them it will open the respective inbox
