India, 1020, Can't find Windows 10 mobile preview?

Is Windows 10 mobile preview available for Lumia 1020 in India. Tried but no updates yet. Thanks for replying back.

Download the windows insider app from the store, open the app and follow instructions

Hahah that's a first, but did you manage to download the latest build?

Open the app, select your ring (fast or slow; fast has more bugs, but you get updates faster and slow has less updates, but you get less bugs).
Once the phone has been reconfigured, go to settings and check for updates
