That is an unofficial account. Don't believe everything you read. Cortana isn't even available in UK right now.

Though WP central claimed that there are rumors that India is next but it isn't for sure.

Yeah, I had some doubts as well, but there are some posts about some Cortana updates, posted a bit earlier than on this forum.
But again, I'm not sure either. And India btw makes sense, english speaking (partly I guess) country with 1b population...

Yes it surely makes sense but most of Bing services aren't available in India. I guess Cortana relies heavily on them. It is just my assumption that Microsoft would be planning to personalize them and make them available in the country and then would release it.

It is just my assumption but we'll know when Microsoft announces something solid.
