Why can't I update windows insider. Win 10. Lumia 930

Hmm, are U on 8.1 or on some older TP build? What is exact problem? Download isn't starting or you can't even reach that phase?
You can try to remove insider app, restart phone, reinstall app, re-sign in, re-join fast ring and try again...

Try a soft reset. Hold down the power button for ten seconds and it should restart. Try installing the update after that.
