Instagram can't upload videos. Stuck on "Preparing"

Does this problem exist on yours too? Please help I'm trying to upload a video but it's stucked on "Preparing". I waited for 30 minutes but nothing happened. I restarted the phone still no luck. Tried to uninstall and installed the app back again but still can't upload videos. Stucked on "Preparing" forever. Huhuu please help

I've been able to upload 15 second videos but when I tried uploading the longer 60 second videos they never work

Also when I want to upload a video (15" or more) the app crashes.

My guess is they will fix it when they give us the new design update

Is your video meet the best uploading settings listed below for Instagram?
– Video codec: H.264 codec / MP4
– Audio codec: AAC audio codec at 44.1 kHz mono
– Size: maximum width 1080 pixels (any height)
– Frame rate: 29.96 frames per second
– Video bit rate: 3,500 kbps video bit rate
– Video length: 3 to 60 seconds
– Apsect ratio: 16:9 or 1:1

It's not the video specs unfortunately. It's the app. Poorly optimized code. In Lumia 535 you are never able to upload a video in Instagram and even video playback is not working properly and has flickering. They don't care to fix it. On my lumia 930 because of the 2gb ram and the better specs the app works somewhat decently.
