Can Windows Phone users be real instagrammers? We can't upload a video! What do you think ?

Instagram was all about photos. YouTube or vine was for videos. I think that with the app still in beta for WP it does what most people expect it to do which is upload pictures.

You may be right, but why Instagram is not releasing an update? Almost all apps had been updated!
