Install apps offline now work on windows 10 mobile build 10581 !!!!

Hi friends,
anyone notice. In windows 10 mobile build 10581 . Now we can install .appx format files manually within the file explorer without require any internet connection and PC. Just open the file explorer and install appx file.
but .xap file install not working. So anyone have the solution how to install .xap without using PC ?
