Is it possible that install IOS (.ipa) app/file to windows 10 mobile.

If so, how ? Is there step by step video somewhere on the Internet?

Project Islandwood is not same as Project Astoria, Microsoft built an android subsystem in W10M that's why it was possible to install apk's. So answer is 'no'
