install local app not showing in store

I have lumia 520 wp8.1
I am not able to install xap from sd card because install local app option not showing in store please help

Hey welcome to WPCentral !
If you have purchased that app previously and is linked to your Microsoft ID , it will show up in store. To do so visit The Smartphone Reinvented Around You | Windows Phone (United States) and search for the app you want to manually install it. Make sure it's the latest app available from the store. Now move the file to the root directory of your micro SD card. Reboot your phone and wait for store get a refresh. It will show up under SD card section.

And 'install local app' option not in store menu .
I'm from India , in wp 8 there was a option of sd card in store , but in wp 8.1 no such option.

Here you go after doing the needful as Himanshu Chowdhary has said....wait for a few mins then go to store and click on the three dots below then click install local apps > check ur desired app and install it..here are the screenshots

Dude I tried many times , but not showing "install local app " option in store.

Try a hard reset it generally fixed most of the issues after WP 8.1 dev preview update for most of the users. Make a backup of your existing documents as everything in your phone gets deleted. Settings> about > reset your phone.

I understand your problem after the latest dev preview update (8.10.14203) store app doesn't have an option to install apps from memory card !! Such a pathetic change, Happy previewing, and cheers we have the latest version on board

same problem with my lumia 535, no Install Local Apps menu after update. ****, i can not test my app from visual studio.

Same problem here, Nokia Lumia 929 has no SD card, no SD card slot. App Store has no option to install local app. Thanks Microsoft, seems like it could have been easy to also allow from the Documents or Downloads folders...:eck:

what is your os version??? mine is 8.1 update 2.. os verion - 8.10.14234.375. it was there bfore i updatd ma fone nd nw its not aftr the update... i tink ms did sumtin bot dis in theor update,... if they did so.. den instalin games like asphalt8 airborne wich is almost close to 1gb is a gr8 pain in ***.. :crying::crying::crying:
