Install Lumia Black without changing rom

I have Lumia 920 with product code from 3 Italy. It is one the few left without Black update. I know I can 'force install' it with changing rom (product code) but I don't want to loose data from the phone (app settings, game saves, etc.)

Is there anyway to install Black update without waiting for 3 Italy to release it and without reinstalling the rom? I have MS developer account so the phone is unlocked with GDR3.

The only way you're going to get the update without losing data is going to be to wait for the official release from your carrier. Sorry. :wink:

LOL...'force install'.... what, do you wave your hand over the phone and say 'this is not the rom you're looking for'. Seriously though, Hopmedic is right...unfortunately.
