Install problem on XP SP3

Hi,

I'm an old hand on Windows Mobile phones but new to Windows Phone with a Lumia 620.

The problem I have is that Zune crashed on install and now 2 weeks later when I try again I get an error saying there's an installation already going on. Does anyone know how I can get round this? I've removed all Zune files on my laptop and cleaned the registry but I still can't get it to install.

Any help would really be appreciated.

What exactly are you trying to do with Zune? Zune is not compatible with Windows Phone 8 devices. You cannot use Zune to manage music on your Nokia Lumia 620.
