installed insider preview

installed the windowds preview and nothing works as well so i thought i hook it to the nokia recovery and it will install what i got already it wont install 8.1 help x

What device do you have? Did you look at the thread in this forum on how to install the technical preview? If so did you follow the directions step by step? If Not why not ?
