Can anyone tell me if there's a way now of installing windows phone apps downloaded from your pc to your phone without sd card
like u can send apps to your sd card on a lumia 720 and install manually, does any one knows if inbuilt phone storage supports this on windows phone 8.1 on 1020 please i need replies

Only on a developer "unlocked" phone (AND THAT IS NOT EQUIVALENT TO Preview for Devs. You have to download SDK, connect to pc, run the software.).
