Yes on every windows phone with SD support you can install apps on the SD card.( but not every app because some need to be on internal memory).
Open Storage Sense and there you can change the default install to SD card.
Or if you go in Storage Sense to apps you can even move installed apps to the SD card.

Thanks, I haven't had a Windows phone that had SD card support so I wasn't sure.
