Installing XAP files on W10 mobile

Yesterday I tried out the new store in W10 Build 10166. However, I noticed that there isn't an option to install local apps. Is there any other way to install those XAPs?

Yesterday I tried out the new store in W10 Build 10166. However, I noticed that there isn't an option to install local apps. Is there any other way to install those XAPs?

In this stage No any way to install xap files in mobile even appx files not installing in 10166. If install a app it's need a PC.
I'm also disappointed with this Step of Microsoft. I hope next build will fix those problems.

How do we install those apps using pc then?
