Insurance replacement

My wife's 810 has a cracked screen. She also has the headset protection plan. If we make a claim, anyone know what they will send us? Refurb 925? 635? M8?

I know what you mean, I've seen people post how they do run out of stock and offer an android device instead.

Yea its not an exact science, just try to make a claim and see what they offer you.
I've heard stories of broken 920's being replaced with 1520's some time ago.
