Internal storage problem

Greetings ! I recently bought a Nokia Lumia 525. I installed 15-20 apps and games and my remaining storage is 1.41GB. My problem is that when i try to install games (750-1100MB) the phone tells me to clear space and try again. Why i keep getting this error if my storage is more than required ? The phone is only 2 weeks old and the only things i installed are basic apps: Shazam, TeamViewer, Weather and 8-9 games. I'm new to Windows Phone so please, i ask for your help !

when you try to install games (700-1GB) , the apps tends to expand after installation on your phone memory (resulting in more free space required) , for instance if you install a 10 MB app it will expand by up to 15-30 MB.
