International version flashing to the portico?

Just read that it won't come before February for international lumias? This is freaking unacceptable, it's not even a American company for gods sake! So I wanted to flash to the update, but stubbled soon that only at&t lumias could? Can anyone help a euro trash out here ? My understanding of English ain't perfect...

Well, we have to blaim money for that, and the carriers. Here in Norway the biggest carrier gave Nokia a good amount of cash to get the phone first. They have had it since the beginning of November, others including me are still waiting for the phone.
