Internet connection slows down

I m from India, using idea cellular 3G network for my L1320, after updating to cyan it was fine for few days, but since last week downloading as well as internet surfing speed slows down like that of 2G network, speed test app shows Bandwidth - 100 to 125kbps n downloading - 12 to 15kbps. I have done hard reset , check each n every setting related to internet, internet connection icon shows H+ sign, but can't solved my issue yet. Anyone with expert solution or tips. Thanks.

Have you spoken to the network provider? It may be something of which they are aware - or indeed unaware.

Yeah I have a talk with them, but as usual their system down n can't find out problems , even not registered case issue, all these customer care are useless n money mongers
