Internet explorer crashes.

Hey guys internet crashes while browsing in my mobile Lumia 625 (windows 8.1). I have tried soft reset and scan for virus etc. What is the solution for this?? and is anyone here facing same problem???

There are sites e.g. Nokiapoweruser.com which have too many adds, ie always crushes. Most likely caused by low RAM in the device. Nl 625 &630 ie crashes. Uc browser reports running out of memory on line 1!?
