Internet Explorer help

In Windows 8 when I hit my IE tile it would go right to Google.com but since I updated to 8.1 it just goes to a blank page. How do u make it go right to Google again? I couldn't find an option to set it as a home page. I'm using a 521.

if you want to set homepage on your windows phone , it isn't available as of now
