Internet Explorer 10 in Windows Phone 8 is a joke when you try to go to html5 sites. it does a poor job and not even support for streaming video... what is going with Microsoft?

true, hope windows phone 8.1 will bring ie 11 with better handling of java scripts and html 5. and I need save password/username , remove the limit of opened tabs (6 tabs as of now ), now all ios 7 devices can open infinite tabs

I really hope that ie11 is implemented in 8.1 with the same features of the desktop version. Can't wait for 8.1

I have always said IE sucks, chrome in android is killing it.
I have to agreed with you. I remembered using Android before the switch in which I was able to do pretty much anything in there. Something that ie in WP lack enormously.

My $75.00 Cherry Mobile Flare android default browser is much better in Html5 than IE of windows phone 8

have to agree. I rarely use IE nowadays.
mostly UC Browser, and occasionally Maxthon.
I do use IE11 on the desktop regularly though.

i like much better ie11 on the desktop than what WP 8 currently have. I hope they implement ie11 in the upcoming upgrade to WP 8.1

I'm not a google fan but they seem to have a better grasp of HTML5 with Chrome than Microsoft do with IE. Hopefully Chrome will come out for Windows Phone one day.

I wish that as well but we are basically referring to Google. They hate the WP platform, they are not willing to do anything.
