internet settings problem

my lumia 525 does not have internet sharing option available so i went to the nokia service center and they told me the most bizarre thing...they said that internet sharing option will be available when i download the spanish keyboard!!........how is it even possible that it will work???!!!!now that i have downloaded it and it was even more stupid thing to do than what i thought i feel like kicking their butts.............but that is not going to solve my problem so guys please HELP ME!! ....i have tried everything from reseting to service center now tell me what to do

its actually "internet sharing"

I have installed English UK keyboard and it works without installing Spanish keyboard.

will downloading english uk keyboard enable internet sharing option?........are u sure?...i mean what kind of an os will do such a thing

If Lumia 525 does not support internet sharing. Then it will not work even if you install all keyboards.

Which carrier are you using?
I think your carrier has blocked the internet sharing option.
And no changing keyboard will not change internet sharing options.
