Internet Sharing Broken?

I am in the El Paso airport and my internet sharing doesn't work on the 1520.3 or the 635 today. Just last night it was working, now its giving a no mobile hotspot error. I have mobile hot spot. Anyone else getting this issue? Really annoyed by tmobiles hotspot implementation especially now that the AP trick is gone and I am stuck using the native config.
