Internet Sharing Bug with Lockscreen

Everytime my phone goes to sleep/lockscreen while sharing the internet. Any connected device disconnects from the hotspot. like it goes after when on sleep/lockscreen.
anyone who have noticed this too ? any fix? soft and hard reset doesn't seem to fix the issue.

I can do that but that would quickly kill my battery >.<
