iPad Mini = Fail!

Not going to say whether the ipad mini is good or bad, but I really don't like how the media is already jumping on board the bandwagon saying it's the best 7" tablet out there just because it has a fruit logo on it.

It's an iPad 2 in a smaller case. It's not like it's hard to predict how good it will be.

To be honest, I was slightly interested in a 7" $200-250 ipad. I don't own any IOS device, and I'm not really a tablet person. I could see myself getting a tablet to use a few apps to interact with my sister and her iphone who lives far away. But at over $300 for a larger tablet, not interested at all.

I'm not clueless and I never said it wouldn't sell. That said, the device it's self is a fail. It's under spec'd and over priced. I have little doubt the iSheep will line up to grab one just to say they have one.

If, however you believe that this device is good at that price then it's you sir that's clueless.

I agree at least with the comment concerning the Apple logo. I know several Apple fans that are already planning on buying it.

The iPad Mini is overpriced, but it's an Apple product. All of their stuff is overpriced compared to what others have to offer. I believe that this tablet will suck in all the people who want an iPad but either think it's too big/heavy or is to expensive.

It's an attractive device though... well atleast from the front. I wish the iPad looked like that from day one. I just find that huge bezel on the iPad to be ugly.
