IPhone 5C 16 GB for 599$ without contract. Apple doesn't understand what budget device is?

We have the 5S and a "budget" 5C. First 64-bit phones, Apple's magic, blah, blah, blah. It could be nice but not for 599$. The price point is ridiculous, so yeah, Cupertino is keeping tight with its strategy. Still the Infinity Blade III I'd love to have it on my Lumia.

Lumia 925 is 479$ in my country ... I think the media and we are reading it wrong.
iPhone 5C is a cheaper iPhone period .. Apple should forget about India and south east asia at 599$. Maybe China can help sell them.

The iPhone 5c is going to sell a billion times more than the cheapest or best w8p. With those colors and the specs of the iPhone 5 the apple die hard will eat it up then the new upgrades and the flat out sheep will go crazy for the finger print scanner.

Apple could put an apple logo on a brick and it would still sell millions of units. The good thing is that Apple's market share is barely growing these days and WP seems to be catching up to it in many markets.

They say it is the same as iPhone 5 i.e. a ~100$ more than iPhone 5C. Waiting Game
