irritating gray sceen (for lack of a better description!)

Hi all, on my 535 I am having what appears to be a pop up screen issue. When ever I am doing certain things (like in facebook, trying to download music from onedrive, trying to use search) I find the screen grays out, a little loading bar appears at the very top but does not load (the little red loading bar remains stuck at the far left). I can press back and then access facebook but cant get round it for search or to download my music, which is a bit frustrating. I am not sure if it is all based around location, as a lot of these apps complain they don't have access to location (they do in settings) and if I click allow then this gray screen pops up but I have to press back to get it to do anything.

Hope that makes sense, cant think of any better way to describe it.
