Is 930 still worth buying in these days? Shouldn?t I wait?

What r u comparing with? 930?
Sometimes u cannot / should not just compare the specs.
By this way iPhone 6 matches with 920, u know.
U r forgetting the difference between the OS. While 512 Mb RAM can smoothly run WP 8.1 while it makes KITKAT feeble n useless.

Compare only specs is the most stupid thing that any human be can do... There's a lot of others stuffs to compare and that way, 930 is one of the bests options to buy. Nexus 5 is a joke if you compare all aspects with a 930.

let me tell u the differences: -
1. 930 has a Carl Zeiss 20 MP camera with BSI OIS with PureView, apart from mindblowing apps (like refocus and cinemagraph which are currently nexus nowhere near).
2. no stereo sound for video rec. and only single LED flash in nexus, no dolby for audio enhancement in nexus.
3. no FM radio in nexus
4. AMOLED display verses IPS LCD in Nexus.
5. better performing battery
6. both have 2GB RAM, but for as i said earlier, 2GB for WP is too much more than required.

Pros for Nexus
1. java support
2. comparatively larger app base
3. light in weight


if u compare nexus 6, u may get a similar performing phone for 930 (i even doubt that). but then again question arise of the comparable price.
