Is anyone else's Charms bar not working?

I have the option enabled to show the Charms bar when I point to the top right hand corner but it doesn't work
I have a non-touchscreen laptop
It comes up when I swipe from the right on my trackpad though
Anyone else have this problem?

I'm having the same problem, not sure if there's a fix coming.

Its a known bug, just use the Microsoft feedback app and you would see this works for no one.

I also just noticed that in the top left of Modern Apps there is a button that pulls up charms bar options
