Is anyone facing issue with true caller in 640XL?

Doesn't identify my contacts nor enables the identifying feature. I have the network app and the other one updated version. Also true caller is in phone memory .

I have a new 640 XL LTE "updated", I have tried reinstall Truecaller plenty of times. Everytime I activate numberpresentation in the settings in truecaller app, when i go back to it is "Disabled". I hope they fix the problem soon.

Okay! So this is an issue with 640XL I believe. Any idea if true caller has acknowledged this issue?

I have mailed the support, but havent got any answer back. Just some auto respond. Its good if you can send away an ticket aswell.

go to truecaller->setting-> "caller id" in preferences-> turn it on.. may be that help you.

Rikin Vaghani, if you read the thread you will probaly understand what the issue is. Truecaller knows about the problem for some of the 640 XL.

Noticed an update suddenly with truecaller asking me whether I need to activate caller id.

Just move app to phone memory and change live caller id on.. It will work 100% sure

Well I had due to other reasons, reinstalled the software in 640XL through recovery tool. This along with those reasons fixed the truecaller issue related to live caller ID too

Truecall clearly state that live caller id works only on lumia cyan, latest version. It does not work on lumia denim!!!!

I have lumia denim and its working now on my 640XL. I had to reinstall software
