Is Cortana down??

When I bring up Cortana's daily interests, she says it's suggestion well is dried up.. Anybody else experiencing this?? I'm from India.. Region USA

Broken for me, she says interest are not available at the moment and then when I try searching give an error. Something went wrong try again in a little bit. I'm on UK but tried US also and get same errors. I'm using dev preview on cyan +GDR1

In this case try launching Cortana from the app list; soft reset and try again..

Never seen this issue, but maybe she was down for maintenance lol
