Is Expansys-USA.com safe to buy a lumia from? Please Fast!!!

If anyone bought from Expansys-USA, how is there customer service? Are them scam or fraud? I would like to use my credit card on it and not sure if it is safe to use.

I've made 3 credit card purchases from them since August.

No problems here.
In fact they bent over backwards on my L1020 purchase to get me a phone in short order.
