Is facebook messenger down ?

For two days now I cannot do anything with Facebook messenger on my lumia 950xl. When I start the app it just opens and you can click nothing. You can see everything there but they are not clickable. I tried uninstalling it and reinstalling it again but nothing changed. Has any one else encounter this issue before ?

Soft reset, it worked for me.

This bug happens every now and then. A soft reset fixes it. Of course we are all waiting for an update but meanwhile you can report it via the in-app report thingie

Uninstalling and reinstalling the app worked for me.

Even if you reinstall the app, the bug will take over again eventually. It really annoys me sometimes, especially when I need Facebook Messenger the most.

just restart the phone and thats all, the bug was on Instagram and Facebook, now its fixed on both i think, just need a update for Messenger e.e
