Is Groove a UWA?

I am running W10 on my 1520 and the Groove app works great, showing either the album art or the artist image, depending on what you choose. The live tile is also showing whichever type of art you choose. Not so on any of my other devices (HP laptop and Lenovo standalone). There is no option that I could find to choose the artwork you only get the album art. If Groove is truly "Universal" shouldn't both types of devices have all the same options??

A recent update to Groove made it a truly universal app. But it may not have every exact feature on every single device.

I beg to differ.. Truly universal means exactly the same.

Not yet. Groove is UWP on phones and Redstone insider previews but on regular Windows 10 desktop it's just a slightly modified Windows 8.1 Xbox Music app.

We'll get the UWP everywhere with the anniversary update in a couple months.
