Is is safe to store apps on an Sd Card?

If I install an app on SD card
It is totally safe? It can give errors?
I installed an app time ago and it gave me a Blue Screen so I just asking how can I avoid errors like

Its totally safe. Unless there is a rare chance of your slot being loose.
If an app is running from sd card and your phone fell down (that wont give you error) all it will tell you is to scan (an option will popup) and things will automatically be fixed.

Make sure you buy a class 10 sd card regardless of capacity .
More read/write speed = faster phone.

No matter how high end your phone might be, the actual performance of your phone (the apps installed on sdcard, photos, videos) depends on the speed of your sdcard.

And what if I remove the SD card with the apps installed on it
Fatal error or something else?

If you safely remove the sd card with the apps still in it, the apps will just be unavailable and greyed out .
BTW you cant get the sd card out without removing the battery (which means turning off the phone) (which means safe removal).
