Is it just me or is your Windows Central App isn't generating bug/error report anymore?

The first time I had a minor issue with the app it generated a bug/issue report. Now that I have it for months, it doesn't generate bug/issue report anymore.

I know the form you mean as I've had it appear in the past. I'm trying to remember if I've had the app crash recently though, and I don't think it has.....

Is infogathering turned on ? help+about->help
Have you tried clearing the cache settings->content->select purge log file and to be on safe side delete application cache and stored files.

If that does not help any, try uninstalling and reinstalling the app and turn settings back on and try and generate a error in the App.
