Is it me or is my SP3 wifi not working correctly to give me the speeds I should be getting?

I am able to get my paid for speed of 30 megs down on my phone using my wifi and on my SP3 I am only able to get 5 - 10 megs down. What gives? anyone have any issues with this or any solutions to the issue.
