Is it normal the three capacitive buttons don't light?

My 1520 won't light them when its on battery saver, you'll know its in that stat if there's a heart over the battery symbol, as for not lighting up at all as in ever then that is definitely a problem

This is a confirmation that the buttons don't illuminate. Sucks but unfortunately that's the way it is. When i got my 1320 I too was shocked to see that the buttons don't illuminate though its a higher end model and just like you, I was confused if my phone was faulty. I immediately contacted Daniel Rubino as he had posted a review thread about the phone when it was just launched. He confirmed that they don't illuminate.

So don't worry, your phone is normal.

Hi,i have the lumia 1320 and yes the buttons do light up!how ever mine have stopped? Ive looked in settings even reset my phone but that didn't work?!?!

Seems like you cant turn off the heptic feed back either ie the vibration in the button. I know its possible on the 925 and probably other models as well but the 1320 seems to lack that opition in the touchscreen settings.

The option is available under "touch" settings.

Cost cutting measure. I've heard a lot of people say that it's not a massive issue as can easily get used to the positions of the buttons.

Most of the times the touch does not work . I have to press the lock button again then it works. It happens always. Is it normal??

I don't have that problem with mine.

As for the illuminated buttons, I don't care much, I don't need to look at them while using them.
