Is it normal to lose wifi calling on TMO when you jump to WP 10?

I just installed WP 10 on my new Lumia 640, then performed a hard reset however it looks like I have lost wifi calling and texting after making the jump. Are others seeing the same thing when they install WP 10? Are there any workarounds to add it back?

With the 640 WIFI-Calling is no longer an app. It is now in your sim settings. Make sure it is enabled in there. After I reset my phone, it didn't enable right away. I restarted and eventually it showed up. It shows a mini phone icon right next to the WIFI signal when it is activated and working.
